The Westbrook Quality Control Department's main philosophy is to create a product that is first quality. Westbrook has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
Westbrook was one of the first companies in the industry to embrace the total quality management process. All incoming raw materials and outgoing orders are analyzed to verify that the alloy meets customer specifications. As part of our ongoing quality program, Westbrook carefully tracks delivery performance on our own computer system, and we're proud of our record of better than 97 % on-time delivery.
A unique feature of Westbrook's quality process is our distinctive marking that individually identifies each fitting. Westbrook was the first in the industry to make each item we produce 100 % traceable. This system is the customer's best assurance of quality. As a result, we are on the approved supplier list of every major end user and engineering and construction firm.
